Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Finxa W.L.L, a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain ("Finxa", "we"), and govern your use of Finxa Commerce — the platform, dashboard, point-of-sale app and hosted storefronts. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
Finxa lets you build and run an online store: hosted storefront, product and order management, payments through third-party providers, shipping settings, discounts, analytics and related tools. We continually improve the platform and may add, change or retire features; we won't materially reduce the core service you pay for without notice.
Pricing
- New stores are free for 12 months from signup, with every feature included. No credit card is required to start.
- After the free period, the subscription is US $15 per store per month (or the equivalent shown at purchase).
- Finxa charges no transaction fees on your sales. Payment providers charge their own processing fees, which are between you and them.
- You can cancel at any time; your store stays up until the end of the period you paid for.
Your store, your responsibilities
- You own your store's content and data — products, customers, orders. You can export them at any time.
- You are responsible for what you sell: product claims, pricing, taxes, shipping, returns, and compliance with the laws of the markets you sell into.
- You are responsible for publishing accurate store policies (shipping, returns, privacy) and honouring them.
- You must have the rights to any content you upload — images, text, trademarks. Selling counterfeit or unlawful goods is prohibited.
- Keep your account credentials secure; actions taken through your account are yours.
Acceptable use
You may not use Finxa for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful: fraud, phishing, malware, selling prohibited goods, infringing others' rights, spamming, or attempting to break or overload the platform. We may suspend or terminate stores that do, and remove content that we reasonably believe violates these terms or the law.
Payments and third-party services
Card and wallet payments are processed by the provider you connect (such as Tap Payments, Stripe, PayPal or Checkout.com) under that provider's own terms. Finxa is not a party to the payment and does not hold your customers' funds. Third-party services you enable (analytics pixels, custom domains, apps) are governed by their own terms.
Data
Our Privacy Policy describes how data is handled. For your customers' data, you are the controller and Finxa processes it on your instructions to run your store.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the platform fast and available, but it is provided "as is" — we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finxa's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data beyond what we are required to restore from our backups.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, create risk for the platform or other users, or are required to be closed by law — where reasonable, with notice and a chance to export your data.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and disputes belong to the courts of Bahrain. If we change these terms materially we will post the new version here with a new date; continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the change. Questions: [email protected].
